Refund Policy for Goods (Not Services)

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from GREYS. If you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange for any product that is in a fully resalable condition. Products must be unopened with seals intact to qualify.

If a product is returned not in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

In cases where a return is due to an error on our part, or the item is damaged or defective, we will refund the cost of the item along with any delivery charges you’ve incurred. We will also cover the cost of returning the item to us.

Please note: Items must be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt.

GREYS Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and do not expire. They may be transferred and used towards any GREYS service or product. If the full value is not used, the remaining balance will be kept on our system for future use, or change will be provided.

Delivery of Goods

We aim to deliver goods within 28 days of order.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, especially in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods.

At GREYS, we’re dedicated to protecting your data. Complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we ensure your data’s security and privacy.

We store your email address to send updates about appointment changes, new launches, seasonal trends, and special offers. Your phone number is kept for necessary appointment calls and text reminders. Client preferences and/or hair color records are maintained for service purposes. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes or disclose it to third parties. Our electronic security measures prevent unauthorized data access.
