Refund policy:

We do hope that you will be pleased with your GREYS purchase. However, should you wish to return anything brought from us we will be happy to exchange any product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Where applicable products must be unopened and the seal  unbroken.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse to exchange the item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is damaged, or defective, we will refund both the item and any delivery charges incurred by you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Kindly note: Returns must be received by us within 7 working days of shipping.

GREYS Gift Vouchers:

GREYS Gift Vouchers are none refundable. There is no expiry date. They can be transferred or used to purchase any GREYS service or retail product. If the full value is not redeemed a credit will either be held on our system or change will be given.

Delivery of goods:

Please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery of goods.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

Staying Connected (GDPR):

 At GREYS we are committed to keeping your data safe and the GDPR does not change our commitment to you.

 We retain your email address to advise of appointment variations, latest launches, seasonal trends and special offers. We retain your telephone number for appointment calls when necessary and text appointment reminders.

 We retain your client preference and/or hair colour records for ongoing appointment use. We do not use your data for any other purpose, or sell it on. Our electronic security protects your data from external access.
